The Honolulu Festival Foundation is committed to making the Festival and educational opportunity for the school children and community of Hawaii. Over the years, some education-oriented events have been carried out; Educational School Tours, Maui Mikoshi Contest and etc.
This year also we are going to carry out those programs specifically designed to educate the children of the state of Hawaii.
Educational School Tours
Every year, exclusive behind-the-scenes schools tours are offered to students from around the island. This is a wonderful opportunity for your students to get a close-up look at Festival exhibits. Students will also get a chance to meet ant talk with Festival artisans and performers.
