Shirone Home of Super Kites and FruitsCraft/Demonstration
The Shirane Great Kite Battle, which has a history of over 300 years, is a festival of battling by raising a large kite that is a size of 24 tatami mats (About 400 Sq. Ft). This year, we will demonstrate making hexagonal kites which is a size of 3 tatami mats (About 50 Sq. Ft.) and making mini kites with children in Hawaii. We would like to enjoy flying the kite together.
Ikenobo is the origin of ikebana. Develop oneself by reflecting our hearts to the works is the philosophy of Ikenobo.

Ibaraki prefecture is about 1 hour from Tokyo. We have ocean and mountain and a lot of nature, and many delicious foods and attractive spots. Also many flowors bloom at Hitachi Seaside Park. Especially blue nemophila in spring and red kokia in autmun is so beautiful!

The City of NagaokaCraft/Demonstration
The Nagaoka Festival Grand Fireworks Show is held annually on August 2nd and 3rd against the backdrop of the Shinano, the longest river in Japan. At our booth, visitors can also enjoy tasting some of agaoka’s Japanese sake, a regional specialty of which we are proud. On March 10th, the final day of the Honolulu Festival, Nagaoka Fireworks will bloom in the night sky over Waikiki beach.
