Folk Song Group Yukikko consists of amateur performers with diverse backgrounds who play Tsugaru shamisen and sing folk songs. It is our second time to join the Honolulu Festival, and we will perform a folk song from Aomori accompanied by shamisen. Enjoy!
This is the first-time oversea event participation for “Folk group･Yukikko”. Our members range broadly from students to employee workers as well as Tsugaru Shamisen members and Folk songs amateurs. We play folk songs with Shamisen, a traditional Japanese stringed music instrument. Please enjoy our performance and Tsugaru Jongarabushi.
