The Hawaii Tochigi Kenjinkai is an organization for individuals with connections with and affections on Tochigi Prefecture and Hawaii. The organization’s purpose is to foster goodwill and a spirit of aloha among its members and strengthen the bond between the people of Tochigi and Hawaii.
