Beautiful bouquets created by our flower artists will be exhibited in this program to the music of YUKA, the youngest person from Japan to have performed at Carnegie Hall. Mr. Kajiki and the Hula Flower Dancers, who have been promoting cultural exchange with artists throughout the world, will also perform their hula.

We are excited to have singer Isao Sasaki, celebrating 50 years since his debut this year, as our guest. Our flower designers promote cultural exchange at the Honolulu Festival. Please enjoy the powerful singing voice of Isao Sasaki and the flower dance performed by our designers!

We will be featuring a picture panel of Karatsu and Himeji, two cities in Japan that represent the preservation of traditional Japanese culture to the world.
We will also feature the works of Yao Min of the International Cultural Exchange Academy (Shanghai), who is a member of IFA as well as a well-known shadow box designer. We hope this will be the beginning of a friendship exchange between Japan and China and also with the U.S.

At this festival, Miwa Sato, who is a professional flower designer and vocalist, will present a “Flower Concert” show, surrounded by an amazing artwork of “preserved flowers.”
