The traditional Nichinan Kagura Dance has a 300-year-old history in the Kadonokami-District, located at Tottori prefecture’s southwestern end. Our performance will include the Susanoo-no-mikoto Dance and the dances of the mythical eight-headed serpent and the extermination of the serpent by Susanoo-no-mikoto.

Collaborating the Kagura dance and jazz music became a new trend about 5 years ago. Please enjoy their performance, which is a fusion of traditional and contemporary, “Giant Snake Slayer.”
