Experience the fun of making sushi at the “SUSHI to me!” Sushi Making & Tasting Workshop, presented by Sushi Ginza Onodera.

n this hands-on mini workshop, participants will learn how to make and taste a selection of fresh sushi, including tuna, salmon, yellowtail nigiri, and gunkan-style sushi such as tuna mayo and corn mayo.
The workshop will take place at the Hawaii Convention Center, Hall 3 Mini Stage, with the following sessions:
• March 14 (Sat) | 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• March 15 (Sun) | 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• Participation Fee: $15 per person
• Capacity: 100 participants per session
Tickets will be available starting at 10:00 AM at the Scrip Sales Booth inside the Sake & Food Fest area (located across from the Sushi Ginza Onodera booth).
Seats are limited, so early purchase is recommended.
Please note that admission to the Hawaii Convention Center event is required separately.
