The Honolulu Festival has been honored with the 2026 Tourism Legacy Award (“Celebrating a Legacy of Festivals and Events”) by the Hawai‘i Tourism Authority (HTA)

The award recognizes established festivals and events that have made lasting contributions to Hawai‘i’s cultural heritage and communities. Celebrating its milestone 30th anniversary, the Honolulu Festival was selected as one of seven distinguished honorees statewide in recognition of its ongoing dedication to Pacific cultural exchang.

We extend our sincere mahalo to all our volunteers, supporters, partners, and participants who have contributed to the festival’s journey over the past 30 years.
